We Share the Meal

In We Share the Meal, food becomes the stage for a collaborative practice. The work moves between performance and photography, repeatedly questioning the idea of a single author. Kurth and Borges operate as subject and photographer, but also as mutual instigators of the image. The pictures hold that tension: staged and discovered, directed and received, without resolving who is guiding whom. Published in book form by Kehrer Verlag.
