Lage – Pictures from Germany (2016–2026)

Lage is a long-term photographic observation of Germany during a decade marked by overlapping crises. The work traces subtle shifts in atmosphere rather than singular events, focusing on everyday spaces, gestures, and social encounters. Normality persists, yet stability appears increasingly fragile. The images portray a condition rather than an explanation.
